Hall & Field Rental Contract

The person(s) (hereby referred to as the Lessee) for unit of organization utilizing the Verona Fire Department Inc. and/or Verona Fire District #3 (hereby referred to as the Leaser) property shall be accountable and/or the condition of leaser property at the conclusion of its use. Any damages or property loss incurred during the use of said property will be billed to the lessee.

It is understood and agreed upon the leaser will NOT be responsible or held liable for any personal injuries or personal property damage occurred while attending a function on the property.

If its understood that if alcoholic beverages are to be served, lessee must be 21 years of age and show appropriate proof before signing the said contract.

It its further understood and agreed that the leaser will NOT be responsible or held liable for any alcoholic beverages served to anyone while attending a function on leaser property under the current legal drinking age as outlined by New York State.
